Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms were lovely and the food was decent, the service was lacking, and the atmosphere felt chaotic due to a wedding event. The Wi-Fi was also a significant issue, which was disappointing for a place that caters to conferences. Overall, the experience didn't live up to the standards I expected.
I had a wonderful experience at the Everglades Hotel, especially during my group Christmas holiday. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the rooms were spacious and well-appointed. While the dining experience was excellent overall, I felt the management could improve by having more staff available. The hotel's setting is lovely, but some aspects of service management were lacking.
We stayed at this hotel for a football match at Anfield and found it to be a decent base for our trip. While the rooms were clean and comfortable, they definitely need some updates. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, especially since it was complimentary, but some areas of the hotel could use a good renovation. Overall, suitable for a short stay, but not ideal if you're looking for something modern.
I had a solid stay at the hotel, with clean, spacious accommodations and a very helpful staff. The self-service breakfast options were quite good, although I did find the dining experience for lunch and dinner lacking in quality. Overall, I'm likely to return for business if I'm in the area, but some dining improvements would really elevate the experience.
The hotel had a lot of potential but woefully fell short during my stay. While the rooms were decent and clean, the lack of experienced staff made for a chaotic experience, especially during meals. Dining options were quite poor, which was disappointing given the hotel's reputation. Overall, the location was convenient, but the noise and service issues made it a frustrating experience rather than a relaxing stay.
